What is your mission?
Belle Vie Estate Sales was formed in order to provide a much needed service to the thousands of people in our community who desire or who are forced to liquidate personal property. Our Mission: To ease the burden associated with a move or loss of a loved one, to keep useful and desirable items out of landfills, and to create connection and strengthen bonds within our community.
How quickly can you coordinate my sale?
Anywhere from 3 days to 4 weeks, depending upon the type and size of the sale, the time needed to organize and set up "shop", and the marketing and promotion needed to attract a large audience. We'll explain further when we meet - and will do our absolute best to meet your desired timeframe!
How much does it cost?
Our fee is calculated based on a percentage of the final sales price of all items sold and varies depending on the size and the type of the sale. We offer a variety of options to fit your needs and budget, which will be discussed when we meet. Please contact us for more information.
Do you offer an online only sale?
Not at this time. We will, on occasion, recommend selling certain items online when a broader audience may yield a higher sales price. We will discuss this with you and will handle all of the details, including posting the item(s) and getting them shipped.

What's with the Monarch?
The Monarch symbolizes transformation, endurance, hope and rebirth - precisely what we wish for our clients and their possessions. In some cultures the Monarch represents a connection between the living and their ancestors; it is privilege to see well loved, passed down items placed with those who will appreciate them!
How do you insure safety and security?
We do a couple of things: first, our sales will be well staffed, traffic will be managed, and the property address will not be disclosed until we are within 48 hours from the start time. We'll assign a dedicated staff member to oversee the display and sale of high ticket items, and we'll consolidate displays into smaller areas as inventory decreases.
