This one day sale is perfect for when there is a smaller quantity of items and time is of the essence. Set up and photography is scheduled for a single day with the sale occurring at the weekend.
Our most popular event is perfect for a whole house sale and is conducted over a weekend. We schedule 2-3 days for set up and photography, and kick off the event with a Friday VIP preview party.
This sale is offered BIO - by invitation only - and is ideal for those seeking discretion and privacy. We schedule appointments with our curated list of buyers and limit the number of visitors per hour.
How We Work
Our 3 step process is the key to a successful and stylish sale!
Preparation
All contents will be sorted, organized and displayed for appeal/exposure. We will provide tables with covers, racks, and stands. We'll also provide shopping bags and boxes to assist our guests.
Dozens of photos will be taken. Your sale will be promoted via email, social media, and on relevant websites. Directional signs will be posted. Our preview parties create buzz, too!
Research and experience will guide us to pricing items to sell - ideally on day 1. On day two buyers will be incentivized to clear what remains - the goal is to leave little, if anything, remaining!

Boxing and bundling items to donate

Remove all trash, debris, and sweep
